Q: Do you offer products suited to certain dietary requirements?


Due to the current work load and capacity I cannot offer baked certain dietary requirements online.

I do however offer at least 1 vegan and 1 GF option at all of my stalls.

*Please note that although some of my recipes can be adapted to suit certain dietary requirements and I operate a strict cross contamination policy, all my product are made and packaged in a kitchen where dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, gluten and other allergens are present, so I cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens.




Q: Can I collect, or do you deliver locally?


A: All orders can be collected from West Hallam DE7 6HH if the collection option is chosen, save yourself the postage if your local. Cakes and bespoke items that cannot be posted are to be collected from this location. Large orders or orders for events and wholesale can be delivered locally but may incur a delivery fee, please contact to discuss beforehand.




Q: Do you offer overseas shipping?


A: I would love nothing more than Blondie Brownie Bakes dominating the world but due to strict customs and the perishable nature of these items I am unable to ship outside of the UK.




Q: There is a problem with my order/delivery, what do I do?


I hope there never a problem with an order but like in everything things may go missing or go wrong. As soon as you realise there is a problem get in touch with me and I will endeavour to fix the issue in any way I can. Customer satisfaction and providing deliciously indulgent treats is what I am to do. Please email Admin@blondiebrowniebakes.com or contact me via social media I will try and get back to you as soon as possible but please note at busy times it may take 2-3 days for a response.




Q: How long do they last for?


All my bakes have a best before date of 1 week at room temperature or upto two weeks in a fridge. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.




Q: When will more stock be online?


All Product drops and events are announced on social media before hand.

As all stock is freshly made artisan produce there are only limited numbers of each products on each drop, so be fast as once it's gone it's gone. I try to restock the website weekly, but due to the being a team of 2 this isn’t always possible.

Please know I am working to full capacity nearly every week and have plans to expand both my team and work space so down the line I will be able to produce more.




Q: How will be order be delivered?


If you've selected delivery then your order will be delivered 1-2 working days from the despatch date by post or courier




Q: Where do you deliver?


UK wide by post or courier usually takes 1-2 days from despartch date .




Q: How do I order ?


For mixed boxes, dipping boxes and products part of our product drops please use the website. At present I cannot make made to order mixed boxes due to the volume of orders and being a home baker, I simply do not have the man power or space until we expand. For Cakes and Large order by the tray please contact me via email admin@blondiebrowniebakes.com with what you'd like to order and what date you'd like to collect it, once a date is confirmed I will ask you to complete your order via the website which take payment and send you an order confirmation to your email. Please note until this is completed your order is not secure. All deposits are non refundable.




Q: I made an error when ordering, what do I do?


Please contact me as soon as possible via admin@blondiebrowniebakes.com and I will try and fix the issue for you.

If you have paid postage and you wanted collection let me know asap and I will refund you the postage.

Please note if your order has already been produced I am afraid I can not make any changes.
